Unfortunately my experience with Smith and Wynd CPA was not great. After having an initial call with an Admin person, I was told that my profile seemed to be a good fit and that I should fill out a questionnaire for details.After sending this questionnaire back, I got a message saying that they are not interested in working with me - which is absolutely acceptable. I inquired about the reason and did not get any details other than "Unfortunately, we are not able to accept all prospective new clients".From a professional business I would have expected a different level of transparency.

I cannot stress enough how much I love the team at Smiley, Smith, and Wynd. I actually enjoyed doing my taxes...hard to believe. Not only that, after I made an error on my taxes I made one call to the team at SSW CPA and within 10 minutes my issue was resolved. I would recommend Ben and his peers to anyone looking for personal and business tax assistance. We have pretty complicated taxes and they wrap it up smoothly and put a bow on top!
